This Privacy Policy describes how New Quest AI Inc. ("Quest", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our applications, our website at new.quest, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Section 4 describes, in particular detail, how we handle data from your Google Account.
1. Personal information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Account and contact information — such as the phone number or other identifier you use to create and access your account.
- Information from services you connect — when you connect a third-party service, we receive data from that service as authorized by you. This includes data from your Google Account, described in Section 4.
- Communications — the messages and content you exchange with the Service.
- Usage and device data — information about how you access and use the Service, and technical and diagnostic data.
2. How we use your personal information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Service and its features;
- Communicate with you and respond to your requests;
- Monitor and secure the Service, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud and abuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve advertising.
3. How we share your personal information
- Service providers — we share personal information with third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as AI processing, cloud hosting, and infrastructure. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us and are bound by contractual restrictions, including a prohibition on using your information to train their own models.
- Legal and safety — we may share information to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Quest.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Google user data
When you connect your Google Account, the Service accesses certain Google user data. Because this data is sensitive, we describe our access, use, storage, and sharing of it in detail here. The Service requests read-only access using the following scopes:

gmail.readonly— used to access message metadata and short previews. The Service accesses and retains only message headers (sender, recipients, date), subject lines, snippets (the short preview text Google returns for a message), and labels. The Service does not access, download, or store the full body content of your emails, and does not access your attachments. -
calendar.readonly— used to access your calendar event details, such as event titles, dates and times, attendees, locations, and descriptions.
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Service — for example, to understand your schedule and priorities and to surface what is relevant so the Service can assist you. We store Google user data securely and retain it only as described in Section 5. Our personnel do not read your Google user data except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security, or to comply with applicable law.
Quest's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- (i) we access and use Google user data only to provide the Service directly to you;
- (ii) we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models;
- (iii) we do not use Google user data to serve advertising; and
- (iv) we do not transfer or share Google user data with others except as necessary to provide the features you requested, for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent. Any service providers that process Google user data on our behalf act as our processors and are prohibited from using it to train their own models.
5. Your choices
You can control your information at any time:
- Disconnect a service — stops the Service from accessing or importing any further data from that service, including your Google Account.
- Delete your data or account — deleting your account, or asking us to delete your data, erases the data we have stored about you.
- Revoke Google access — you can revoke the Service's access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Other rights — depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at founders@newquest.ai.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the period afterward during which we have a legitimate or legal need.
6. Security
We use technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children and teens
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and you must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International users
We are based in the United States and may process and store personal information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to, and processing in, the United States and other jurisdictions.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
